LOWE’S PEAK HIRE 2026 CAMPAIGN

In 2025, I led the Creative Services team on the Peak 2026 campaign, overseeing the creative strategy from initial concept through final execution. I partnered closely with the Recruitment Marketing team to manage stakeholder approvals, coordinate printing, and plan a photo and video shoot that brought the campaign story to life. We collaborated with an external vendor to capture campaign photography and video, and I was on set during the shoot to ensure we captured the right content to support the overall vision. In addition to leading the creative team, I designed key campaign assets, guided the video concept, reviewed and assigned signage design, incorporated stakeholder feedback, and presented work to Directors and the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment and impact. You can now see all of this work live in one of the 1,700+ Lowe’s stores across the U.S.

LOWE’S CAREER BUCKET LIST

The Lowe’s Bucket List campaign was created to attract talent across our corporate and tech teams. Rather than relying on generic “we’re hiring” language, we approached this as a brand-led campaign designed to feel aspirational, expressive, and human.

The iconic Lowe’s bucket became a canvas. Stickers were used as a visual storytelling tool to highlight Lowe’s benefits and core behaviors, translating what it means to work at Lowe’s into something personal and relatable. Each sticker represents values, perks, and mindsets that resonate with our audience and allow them to see themselves reflected in the brand.

Below are a few visuals from the campaign. If you’d like a deeper look at the concept and creative process, including how we arrived at the final sticker-driven design, click the button below to explore behind-the-scenes work.

EDITABLE INFOGRAPHIC

This infographic outlines the key stages of onboarding. While the initial request was for a simple graphic, I leaned into the Lowe’s brand, knowing this would be an early touchpoint for new associates. A blueprint-style background and measuring tape motif were used to clearly communicate sequence and scale. The final file was built to be easily editable by stakeholders without compromising the design.

RECRUITER ENABLEMENT

This project focused on creating a flexible collection of branded graphics that recruiters, hiring managers, and associates could easily use across their own social platforms to celebrate career milestones while organically promoting Lowe’s as an employer of choice. The system included assets for job offers, promotions, work anniversaries, team and Zoom backgrounds, social headers, email signatures, and more. To support adoption and consistency, I also designed a SharePoint site to house the full library and provide clear guidance on how to use and customize the editable files.
